Miramar Mixed Use Development is located in the community of Miramar in San Juan Puerto Rico.
Objectives:
Connect and integrate- Miramar Residences with the new addition of the Puerto Rico convention Center District. Provide ways of accessibility. Integrate better the existing and new architecture with a coherent infrastructure, pedestrian and bicycle paths, ramps, and a park.
Reinforce Miramar’s community values- Protecting existing architecture legacy and providing new sustainable architecture spaces.
Create Healthier Urban Environment- Design a sustainable and better Urban Character.
